| Employment: Started in the investment banking business, 1945. Organized California Fund (Mutual Fund) 1953. Sold out 1962. Various financial industry positions. Founded Cutler & Company, Inc. in 1977 (institutional investment counsel), and served as Chairman until 1995. From then until 2006 was selectively employed, acting principally only as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cutler Trust, and passing the baton to grandsons Matt and Erich Patten, who now are in full control of portfolio management. |

and Activities: Phi Delta Theta, Rogue Valley Country Club. Formerly served on the boards of Boy Scout councils, Rogue Valley Medical Center, Southern Oregon State College and others. Involved with family and friends. |
